Academic Achievement
Like all schools in the Archdiocese of Chicago, we use Terra Nova Achievement tests, because of their focus on national education standards. Test scores at St. Robert Bellarmine are well above national averages year after year, and also show that we are meeting the needs of all of our students. 99.8% of graduating eighth grade students are admitted to the high school of their choice. Students are accepted into high schools such as St. Patrick, Loyola Academy, Resurrection, Fenwick, Guerin, Trinity, Notre Dame, St. Ignatius, and top-tier public high schools. Many receive scholarships based on their academic performance. "We find St. Robert's graduates to be very well prepared for the challenges of high school." Dr. Joseph Schmidt, Principal, St. Patrick High School
![]() The student:teacher ratio for our preschool is 8:1, and for K-8 is 19:1 with an average class size of 20 students. Learn more: For more information and to schedule a visit, please call 773-725-5133 or email our Principal, Carrie Mijal. |
